summer workout update
Week 1:
workouts: 4/4 (friday I don't work, which means no gym. But that's okay.)
calories: 1680. roughly.
time: 2 hours and 20 minutes.

feeling: Not bad. Pretty darn proud of myself for working out 4 days in a row. Let's hope it sticks. : )
